Meet the Experts behind The Contracting Edge: Gary Elekes and Weldon Long
Gary Elekes | Co-Founder
Gary Elekes has been in the trades since 1983, over 4 decades, and is well known for developing, building, and implementing processes to scale and build wealth in contracting.
After 17 years with Lennox, Gary spent 3 years helping the public version of Service Experts refine the best practices with Contracting Success Group, and Service Experts 245 operating centers across the United States and Canada. Upon the sale of Service Experts to Lennox Retail, Gary began acquiring and building his own unique firms design to scale and eventually transact, as well as best practice coaching and training.
The current Wealth Building initiative is "The Contracting Edge" and includes 7 operating firms across multiple states, with intentions to add 12-20 additional firms who have what it takes to thrive and prosper! The culture is a tightly planned, aggressive, growth oriented culture driving accountabilty and to build a business to create wealth not the rights to a job.
Gary is joined by Weldon Long to link all the best practices and sales process together in one dynamic, exciting, fun, and focused development system - where you HAVE the playbook, and you have the TRAINING to execute the playbook - live and in person along with best in class coaching.
